administration (user lifecycle, group and app assignments, SSO/SCIM integrations)\n\nGoogle Workspace administration\n\nMac fleet management with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager, including OS and patch compliance\n\nSaaS administration, including Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), GitHub, and Slack\n\nOnboarding and offboarding\n\nIT support and incident response\n\nSupport for periodic access
