Principali responsabilità:

La risorsa supporterà il proprio tutor nelle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione della presa appuntamenti dei pazienti tramite il centralino;

  • Provvedere alla prenotazione delle prestazioni sanitarie richieste dal paziente, verificandone la disponibilità e procedendo all’accettazione del paziente;

  • Fornire informazioni su costi, convenzioni, tempi per la prenotazione di tutte le prestazioni erogabili;

  • Svolgere attività di tipo organizzativo-gestionale e funzioni amministrativo-contabili

Requirements

Candidato Ideale:

Il/la candidato/a avrà i seguenti requisiti:

  • E’ un neo diplomato/a;

  • Possiede ottime capacità relazionali, proattività, doti organizzative e predisposizione ad operare in team;

  • Possiede un’ottima conoscenza ed utilizzo del pacchetto Office (soprattutto Excel);

  • Disponibile dal lunedì al sabato;

Cosa offriamo:

  • Durata: 6 mesi

  • Orario: 40 ore settimanali

  • Indennità mensile: € 700 lordi
