Position is also responsible for developing system routing options; coordinating and implementing the layout of industrial systems and equipment; and, monitoring, interpreting, and conducting tests of Programmable Logic Controllers/distributed control system. \n\nExpertise of our most successful Instrumentation & Controls Engineer II:\nBSEE/ME/ChemE or equivalent experience. \nStrong commitment to service excellence.\nStrong spoken and written communication skills.\nExcellent organization and time management skills.\nExcellent perceptual, conceptual, and interpretive skills.\nQuick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks.\nEffective working in team environments as well as individually.\n2+ years of experience specializing in Building, Process, and/or Industrial control design roles.\nHands-on PLC programming and user interface development. \nCommon process and industrial mechanical systems and related control instrumentation and equipment, (pumping, flow, valves, pressure, temperature, tanks, batching, blending, etc.).\nExperience with industrial control networks and communication protocols.\nAbility to travel for client meetings, field surveys, limited commissioning and startup support.\n\nEffective skills to help you flourish:\nExperience with CAD or BIM drafting software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD P&ID, Plant 3D, Revit.\nAllen Bradley Control/Compact Logix platform integration.\nWonderware and System Platform integration experience.\nExperience with building automation
