Reporting to the Director, Client Services, the Client Analyst will provide reporting, analytical, and administrative support for assigned clients. The position plays an important role in understanding client needs, supporting the resolution of issues, and helping maintain strong relationships between Affinity Group Canada and its clients. The successful candidate will work closely with Client Managers and internal teams to coordinate client reporting, pricing changes, program communications, sales meetings, training materials, trade shows, and other client-related initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nClient Reporting and Analysis\nGenerate weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports summarizing key metrics, trends, and opportunities.\nPrepare formal business reviews for assigned clients.\nAnalyze information and ensure reports and supporting materials are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.\nMaintain organized client documentation, reporting files, and supporting information. \nPricing and Program SupportPrepare price-change templates for distribution partners, including GFS and Sysco.\nPrepare French-only program letters as required.\nSupport the accurate and timely communication of pricing changes, client programs, and related information.\nManage and monitor critical paths to ensure key deliverables and deadlines remain on track. \nClient Manager Support Assist Client Managers with coordinating sales meetings and refresher sessions.\nSupport Client Managers with updating client training documents and presentation materials.\nHelp ensure client information is effectively communicated to the appropriate internal teams.\nProvide analytical and administrative support for client initiatives and special projects. \nTrade Shows and Special ProjectsAssist Client Managers with trade show coordination and related client activities.\nSupport the preparation of materials and information required for trade shows, sales meetings, and client events.\nParticipate in other projects and initiatives as required.\nQualifications\nStrong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. \nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. \nExperience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. \nExperience working with customer relationship management systems. \nStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. \nBilingual in English and French is a definite asset. \nAbility to organize, interpret, and present information clearly and accurately. \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.\nKey Attributes\nThe successful candidate will be:\nPositive, professional, and collaborative.\nSelf-motivated and results-oriented.\nComfortable working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.\nDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.\nA strong team player who works effectively with different departments and stakeholders.\nProfessional in their communication and approach.\nAccessibility & Accommodation\nAffinity Group is committed to providing an accessible workplace.
