vehicle imports and exports\n Vet and dispatch shipments to carriers, confirming all details are complete and compliant before release\n Communicate directly with clients to provide timely shipment updates, address queries, and resolve service issues promptly\n Capture and maintain accurate data across the company's transport management software\n Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, and port authorities to resolve delays or discrepancies\n Manage general administrative tasks to support the broader operations team as needed\nREQUIREMENTS Matric (Grade 12) is essential; a National Diploma or relevant NQF Level 6 qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous\n Fluent written and spoken English with strong business communication ability\n Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software platforms\n Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
