This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Partnerships.\nWhat you’ll do\nWe are looking for a curious, collaborative Senior Product Manager to improve how customers pay with Affirm.\nWe are looking for a curious, collaborative Senior Product Manager to improve how customers pay with Affirm\n\nFocus on the customer, uncovering where paying breaks down through research and data, and sharing those insights across the team\n\nCreate new payment experiences that make repaying easier, working with Design and Analytics from discovery to launch\n\nDesign and run experiments that improve conversion, payment success, and cost\n\nShape how payments are processed safely and cost-effectively, weighing performance and risk\n\nBe a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships, exploring new opportunities together, evaluating their impact, and defining sequencing\n\nDrive an ambitious roadmap that delivers customer and business outcomes by identifying the highest-impact bets and presenting strategy to senior leaders\n\nWhat we look for\n5+ years of product management experience\n\nAnalytical rigor: you are comfortable in the data and use experiment results and customer research to make product decisions\n\nCuriosity about customers: you have strong instincts for where an experience breaks down and the drive to fix it\n\nExperience holding informed conversations with engineers about how systems work and the tradeoffs they carry\n\nA track record of taking products from discovery through launch and iteration, including turning ambiguous or conflicting inputs into a clear plan\n\nClear communication and influence: you explain tradeoffs well and build trust and alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships, including senior leaders, without needing formal authority\n\nBonus points for experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce\n\nBase Pay Grade - N\nEquity Grade - 6\nEmployees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range.
