financial performance, and operational excellence.\nThis role balances client leadership, financial ownership, and cross-functional execution, while mentoring program and project management staff.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nEnterprise Client & Account Ownership\nOwn executive-level relationships with hyperscale data center clients.\nAct as AFL Global’s senior representative for assigned accounts.\nLead governance structures including executive reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions.\nDrive long-term account strategy, retention, and growth opportunities.\nServe as escalation authority for high-risk or high-impact client issues.\nProgram & Portfolio Leadership\nProvide oversight for multiple concurrent programs across locations, phases, or service lines.\nEnsure programs meet or exceed contractual, schedule, budget, and quality commitments.\nEstablish and enforce standardized program management practices aligned with AFL Global policies.\nDrive proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and resolution.\nFinancial & Commercial Accountability\nOwn full program P&L accountability for assigned accounts.\nDevelop, manage, and forecast budgets, staffing plans, and cost controls.\nPartner with Finance, Sales, and Legal on contract terms, change management, and scope alignment.\nEnsure accurate financial reporting, margin protection, and revenue recognition.\nOperational Excellence & Compliance\nChampion AFL Global’s Safety First culture across all assigned programs.\nEnsure compliance with AFL Global standards, client requirements, and industry regulations.\nMonitor KPIs related to safety, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives and lessons-learned integration.\nLeadership & Talent Development\nProvide leadership and mentorship to Program Managers, Project Managers, and support teams.\nInfluence without direct authority across matrixed operational, engineering, and construction teams.\nAssist with workforce planning, performance development, and succession planning.\nServe as a role model for AFL Global values, professionalism, and accountability.\nDecision-Making Authority\nStrategic decisions impacting program execution, resources, and financial outcomes.\nAuthority to resolve escalations and negotiate client-facing resolutions within established limits.\nInfluence staffing, vendor performance management, and operational priorities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n10-15+ years of experience in program or project management within data centers, construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.\nDemonstrated experience supporting hyperscale data center clients or enterprise-scale programs.\nProven success managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with complex stakeholder environments.\nStrong executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nAdvanced financial and commercial management capability.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, PgMP, or equivalent professional certification.\nExperience with major hyperscale customers (cloud service providers or large data center operators).\nExperience in a matrixed, fast-growth, operational organization.\nAdvanced
