output in close partnership with Products Accounting and Operations Finance\n\nBuild relationships with division-level finance leadership through regular interaction and project collaboration\n\nInvestment Strategy & Commercial Finance (20%)\nPartner with Product Line Management as primary finance liaison, influencing pricing strategies and commercial terms\n\nLead capacity Background\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business\n\nMBA preferred or commitment to complete within role\n\nProfessional qualification (CPA, CFA) highly valued\n\nProfessional Experience\n4-8 years of progressive finance experience with demonstrated acceleration\n\nPrior experience in strategic/commercial finance, FP&A, or Operations Finance\n\nTrack record of leading complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders\n\nExperience supporting customer or key account P&Ls, including pricing and commercial terms, preferred\n\nEvidence of rapid career progression and expanding responsibilities\n\nExperience with IBP or S&OP processes highly desirable\n\nTechnical & Leadership Capabilities\nAdvanced financial modeling and valuation expertise\n\nExecutive-level communication, presentation, and financial storytelling skills\n\nStrategic thinking with pragmatic execution ability\n\nDemonstrated leadership potential through prior
