This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Client Success, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Scheduling, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, Data Governance, IT, and BI. The analyst must also be able to work independently, act as a change agent, and challenge manual ways of working by demonstrating better approaches and helping teams adopt AI-enabled processes. The analyst will lead smaller improvement initiatives, support larger global workstreams, and convert business needs into practical solutions that reduce preparation effort, accelerate root-cause analysis, and improve the team’s ability to make and keep promise dates.\nKey Outcomes\nAI and low-code automation solutions are identified, implemented, adopted, and sustained.\nManual meeting preparation, follow-up, and recurring reporting effort are reduced.\nITP exceptions, likely root causes, and potential solutions are identified faster.\nITP processes, standard work, action tracking, and escalation routines are implemented and consistently used.\nTeams improve their ability to make and keep customer promise dates.\nPower BI requirements and simple reports provide clear, actionable information for ITP decisions.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with cross-functional teams to lead assigned ITP implementation and improvement projects, translating decisions into clear plans, owners, milestones, risks, and actions.\nIdentify practical AI and automation use cases, prioritize opportunities, build low-code solutions where appropriate, and coordinate specialists for more complex development.\nUse AI to streamline meeting preparation and follow-up, summarize exceptions, support root-cause analysis, draft status updates and standard work, and surface potential solutions for human review.\nChallenge manual ways of working, demonstrate improved approaches, and help teams adopt AI-enabled processes.\nDefine Power BI reporting requirements and work with BI specialists on complex solutions; build simple reports using existing datasets, Power Query, and basic DAX when appropriate.\nInterpret Power BI and other planning outputs, using AI-assisted analysis where appropriate to identify trends, exceptions, root causes, and decision needs.\nCreate and maintain concise project plans, process maps, standard work, decision logs, action trackers, risk logs, and implementation updates.\nSupport priority ITP meetings through preparation, facilitation, decision capture, action follow-up, and escalation of missed commitments.\nWork closely with Data Governance and assigned data owners to clarify business impact and route data concerns; this role does not own data validation or remediation.\nApply responsible AI practices, including appropriate data handling, information security, human review, transparency, and compliance with company standards.\nCoordinate readiness, testing, training, deployment, adoption, and sustainment for assigned process and automation changes.\nDecision Rights and Boundaries\nDetermines the project, facilitation, documentation, and follow-up approach for assigned work within approved standards.\nRecommends AI, automation, reporting, process-improvement, and meeting-effectiveness priorities.\nLeads smaller use cases and pilots; coordinates technical, functional, BI, Data Governance, and information-security resources as needed.\nDoes not own forecasts, supply plans, schedules, purchase decisions, customer commitments, data validation, or final technology and policy approvals.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Candidates with nontraditional backgrounds may be considered when project experience demonstrates the required capabilities.\nDemonstrated practical use of AI in projects, with the ability to learn new AI capabilities and apply them to real business problems.\nRelevant experience demonstrated through professional work, internships, project portfolios, or applied coursework.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across Commercial, Scheduling, Purchasing, Operations, Data Governance, IT, BI, and other functions while independently organizing work, removing barriers, escalating risks, and driving deliverables to closure.\nExperience identifying business use cases and implementing process improvements, automation, or low-code solutions.\nStrong Excel skills and the ability to define reporting needs, interpret results, and communicate business insights.\nClear written and verbal communication, facilitation, collaboration, and change-leadership skills.\nCommitment to responsible AI use, data privacy, information security, and human oversight.\nStrongly Preferred Qualifications\nPower BI experience, including simple report creation, Power Query, and basic DAX; advanced semantic-model development is not required.\nExperience with Power Automate or similar low-code workflow tools.\nExposure to supply chain, manufacturing, planning, ITP, IBP, ERP/MRP, or enterprise process implementation.\nExperience with Oracle or Kinaxis.\nKey Interfaces\nGlobal ITP Implementation Leader and design team; business-unit ITP leaders and participants; Commercial, Client Success, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Scheduling, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, Quality, Data Governance, IT, BI, AI and automation, ERP, and information-security teams.\nWorking Conditions and Travel\nThis position is based in Duncan, South Carolina, and follows a hybrid work schedule, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week.
