This role provides direct oversight of operational activities, workforce coordination, reporting, resource planning, and project support for multiple data center construction and infrastructure projects. The Operations Supervisor serves as a key leader within the organization, working closely with Operations Managers, Construction Managers, and project leadership to ensure the efficient execution of daily operations, workforce productivity, customer deliverables, and project performance.\nThe Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, supporting field teams, managing project resources, and ensuring that customer requirements, safety standards, and operational objectives are achieved.\nTHIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION - 6 PM to 6 AM M - F\nResponsibilities\nOperations Leadership & Performance Management\nSupervise daily operational activities across assigned projects and job sites.\nSupport Operations Managers in achieving production, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction goals.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.\nIdentify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and performance.\nProvide leadership and support to field personnel and project teams.\nOperational Reporting & Analytics\nPrepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.\nTrack project performance metrics and operational indicators.\nAnalyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nPresent operational updates and reports to leadership and customers.\nEnsure reporting accuracy and consistency across projects.\nWorkforce Supervision & Resource Planning\nOversee workforce utilization, labor productivity, and staffing requirements.\nAssist with manpower forecasting and workforce planning.\nCoordinate employee onboarding, badging, training, and site access requirements.\nMonitor labor reporting and timekeeping activities.\nSupport employee development, coaching, and accountability initiatives.\nProject Coordination & Schedule Management\nCoordinate resources and activities across multiple projects.\nSupport project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.\nAssist project leadership with planning and execution strategies.\nCommunicate schedule changes, manpower needs, and operational priorities to stakeholders.\nEnsure alignment between field operations and project objectives.\nMaterial & Equipment Management\nOversee material delivery schedules and inventory requirements.\nCoordinate equipment assignments, rentals, maintenance, and returns.\nAddress material shortages and equipment-related issues.\nMonitor project asset utilization and accountability.\nSupport logistics planning for operational efficiency.\nCustomer Relations & Compliance\nEnsure customer-required documentation is completed accurately and on time.\nMaintain organized project records and audit-ready documentation.\nSupport compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and customer expectations.\nParticipate in customer meetings and provide operational updates.\nMonitor project closeout documentation and reporting requirements.\nSubcontractor Coordination\nSupport oversight of subcontractor performance and production activities.\nReview subcontractor reports, certifications, and required documentation.\nAssist with invoice validation and production reconciliation.\nCoordinate communications between subcontractors and project teams.\nEnsure subcontractor compliance with project standards and customer requirements.\nQualifications\nAssociate’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in operations supervision, construction management, telecommunications, data center operations, infrastructure projects, or a related industry.\nExperience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\nExperience with operational reporting, dashboards, workforce planning, and performance tracking.\nExcellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience supporting construction, data center, or infrastructure projects preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field.\nExperience working within hyperscale data center environments.\nKnowledge of workforce management systems and project scheduling tools.\nFamiliarity with ERP, project management, and reporting software platforms.\nUnderstanding construction operations, logistics, and material management processes.\nPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience.\nRequired Skills\nStrong
