They will be responsible for verifying that EPG products meet customer requirements & specifications through document control, audits, inspections and ongoing training. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring all quality processes will be completed properly and consistent with the quality objectives. This person will be cross-trained to perform some responsibilities of the Production Supervisor when the Production Supervisor is absent. The person is also responsible for approving orders and issues discrete jobs for manufacturing in Oracle.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for monitoring in-process quality\nResponsible for measuring incoming raw material\nCoordinating internal quality audits, follow-up on IAR’s\nProvide daily in-process and incoming material inspection.\nMaintain and upgrade quality documentation.\nAdhere to and promote the quality policy and quality objectives of the company.\nMaintains quality records and documentation associated with customer orders\nEnsures all product meets customer and AFL specifications before shipping\nIssue Certificate of Conformance\nCoordinate annual review of quality system documents\nReject material identified as non-conformant at any stage of the process (receiving, in process or finish product)\nStop a process or a production line if there is evidence that overall quality is being jeopardized.\nRequest that action is taken when enough evidence
