the preparation of electrical designs from concept through detailed design.\n\n Prepare electrical calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable drawings to a high standard, with high accuracy, and in a timely manner.\n\nTake responsibility for the design and delivery of discipline engineering on multiple projects, seeing them through to completion.\n\nManage and mentor the electrical engineering team, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities.\n\nActively engage with colleagues across disciplines, in group discussions, and at events and seminars.\n\nReview detailed designs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.\n\nEmbrace technologies to improve performance and sustainability to meet net-zero goals.\n\nIdentify opportunities for technical improvement and innovation in project designs and processes.\n\nStay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance project quality and efficiency.\n\nRequirements\nSkills:\nBroad design knowledge from working on a wide range of projects and using British, US, European, and international codes of practice.\n\nExperience using common analysis software including Revit, CAD, ETAP, DIALUX and willing to quickly learn to use new analysis packages as required.\n\nDigital engineering skills (e.g., coding) would be advantageous.\n\nWell-practiced communication skills.\n\nConfident and proactive approach to problem-solving.\n\nFluency in English and Arabic languages may be advantageous for communication with clients and stakeholders.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.\n\nLEED certification is preferred.\n\nRelevant building services experience or credentials that will help meet goals for delivering highly sustainable buildings\n\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering design, with significant experience in design development and detailed design.\n\nExtensive experience working on mega projects and complex projects, including high-rise buildings, healthcare facilities, and
