telemetry\nImplement role-based access control, tenant isolation, audit logging, and traceability\nBuild reliability features including idempotency, retries, timeouts, and failure handling\nDevelop operational dashboards, support tools, documentation, testing, and observability\nSupport post-launch incident resolution and workflow improvements\nCollaborate with the CTO/Software Lead, Principal Compiler Architect, and Hardware Platform Architect\nRequirements5+ years of backend/platform engineering experience\nStrong production experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java\nExperience building APIs, asynchronous job orchestration, queues, and database-backed services\nExperience with containerised services, CI/CD, and production observability\nStrong Linux and infrastructure integration experience\nFamiliarity with Redfish, BMC, and/or device-management APIs\nExperience designing secure, multi-tenant platforms\nStrong understanding of reliability, security, and production
