It has been contributing to Nigeria’s socio-economic growth and industrial development and is equally committed towards the nurturing and development of the local community.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Lathe Machine Operator \n\nLocation: Ibadan, Oyo\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Machine Setup: Install chucks, tools, bushings, and gears to prepare the lathe.\n\n Operation: Perform turning, facing, boring, threading, and drilling.\n\n Quality Control: Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision gauges to verify dimensions against blueprints.\n\n Maintenance: Clean equipment, replace worn cutting tools, and perform routine preventative maintenance.\n\n Safety: Follow shop safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report malfunctions.\n\nQualifications and Skills\n\n Education: High School Diploma or GED;
