Summary\nWe are looking for an experienced and results-orientated Collections Recovery Supervisor within the Collections team.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage daily operations of the collections department.\n\nMonitor and evaluate individual and team performance to ensure adherence to Company policies and meet or exceed KPIs.\n\nDevelop and implement effective collection strategies to maximise recoveries and reduce delinquencies.\n\nMonitoring collections on current, arrears and written-off accounts, to increase collections and reduce delinquency rates.\n\nEnsure that collection file submissions are accurate and submitted in accordance with deadlines.\n\nProvide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and performance.\n\nMaintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all communication with customers is conducted in a professional and respectful manner.\n\nEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.\n\nWork closely with other departments to optimize collection efforts.\n\nRegularly report to the Collections Manager on staff performance and any significant collection issues.\n\nRequirements\n\nA minimum of 5 years’ experience in a collection’s role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.\n\nDiploma in Accounting, Law or equivalent.\n\nComprehensive knowledge of collection laws and regulations.\n\nExcellent leadership and team management skills.\n\nProficiency in relevant software, such as MS Office, MS Excel and collections management
