You will be part an international team with colleagues in both the Nordics and Philippines. In this role, you will both be working with increasing data quality in our CRM as well as assisting in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will contribute to the organization becoming more data-driven and a key to being successful in this role is the ability to cooperate with different stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards.\nWork closely with the organization to improve the quality of data in the CRM by identifying missing, incomplete, duplicate or inconsistent data and manage batch import of data to the CRM, ensuring accuracy completeness and correct formatting\nAssist and participate in system testing by preparing test data, executing test cases, validating outcomes, and logging issues for resolution.\nSupport documentation efforts and provide feedback or recommendation for improvement in collaboration with Digital Transformation and IT Team.\n Experience of working in CRM (Dynamics 365 is a plus)\nProficient in Excel including strong experience in data manipulation, cleaning techniques, and formula automation\nExperience with Power BI or similar tools\nExperience from user acceptance testing\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills\nProficient in English both verbally and in writing\nBachelors in information systems, data science or similar.\nWe believe that you have 1-3 years work experience\nNice-to-Have\nExperience from working in an international setting\nUnderstanding business processes and KPIs.\nExperience of Power Automate , familiarity with workflow automation and enablement tools is advantage.\n At AFRY, we engineer change in everything we do.
