This is a key role for a senior professional who combines hands-on development expertise with technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.\nAs a Senior Lead Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and evolving AFRY's data intelligence platform and digital products. You will be expected to take ownership of technical solutions, drive development best practices, and support the growth and effectiveness of the development team.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions using .NET, C#, and modern web technologies.\nHave front-end experience using ReactJS.\nSupport in the software architecture decisions and ensure solutions are maintainable, secure, and aligned with long-term business objectives.\nEstablish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.\nSupport the continuous improvement of development methodologies, tools, and ways of working.\nContribute hands-on throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and support.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage new technologies and innovative approaches that improve delivery, quality, and business value.\nSupport the development of the team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to other developers.\n Experience as a Senior Software Developer, preferably within enterprise, SaaS, platform, or data-driven environments.\nStrong expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern software engineering practices.\nSolid experience with frontend technologies, preferably React.\nProven track record of leading technical initiatives and supporting other developers through mentoring and coaching.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, cloud-based applications, and scalable system design.\nExperience working with relational databases and data management solutions, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.\nExcellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make sound technical decisions in complex environments.\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with Azure cloud services and modern DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of data platforms, analytics solutions, and data engineering concepts.\nExperience working in agile product development environments.\nFamiliarity with technologies such as Python, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks, and modern CI/CD pipelines.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nThe successful candidate will bring both technical excellence and leadership.
