In Southeast Asia, we are a leading power sector consulting engineering company executing our regional consultancy and engineering assignments from our power sector consulting offices in Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Hanoi, Singapore.\n Support with editorial work on Sharepoint Communication sites, and other M365 platforms, for an organization of 18,000 colleagues in 40+ countries.\nWork includes everyday updates to sites and pages, as well as updating existing sites to be in line with our new guidelines or creating new sites in line with those guidelines. These requests will be coming from the Communications team or other site owners.\nFurther, the role includes to be a key editorial resource in an ongoing development project of revisiting and harmonizing the SharePoint Communication sites structure for the global company.\nTake responsibility, prioritize and structure own work, supported by a team and manager in Sweden.\n Very good English language skills.\nVery good knowledge in editorial work in SharePoint (meriting if basic knowledge in other M365 tools).\nExperience from UI/UX understanding, and how to design user friendly layouts.\nKnowledge about how to follow brand guidelines and use defined templates.\nKnowledge about editorial possibilities in SharePoint, including for example building different kind of layouts and incorporating the different web parts, connections to other apps, and using advanced permission settings.\nMeriting with technical knowledge, including how to organize content in an AI-optimized way - for example, how to structure, tag and name documents.\nBasic skills and knowledge in the communication area in general.\nMeriting with understanding for internal communications in a sprawling global organization.\nStructured and proactive with great interpersonal communications skills.\n At AFRY, we engineer change in everything we do.
