Site Administrator and Document Controller

In South East Asia, we are a leading power sector consulting engineering company executing our regional consultancy and engineering assignments from our power sector consulting offices in Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Hanoi, Singapore, Pune, Noida and Taipei. In total, we have multinational staff of more than 500 working in power generation field in Asia.
We are looking for a Site Administrator and Document Controller to be based in our project site in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR.
- Handling all aspects of administration functions as well as secretarial support for the project team members.
- Handling document controlling and filing.
- Arranging necessary reservations for the project team members.
- Other administrative activities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Good computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skills and service-minded
- Fast learner and able to work independently
- Good command of English and communication skills
- Proficient in both written and reading Lao language
