Travel and Expense Accountant Global Hub

In Manila, we are also building the Global Hub that will support global processes.

Overall Description: Performs transactional finance activities in line with established procedures and templates

Success Criteria ;

• Previous experience and understanding of transactional finance activities, with focus on travel and expense.
• Collaborative and analytical with learning-oriented mindset.

Reports to: Manager Process Global Hub

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities, depending on role assignment and business needs over time. Examples of activities include validation and processing of travel & expense claims and administration of corporate cards.
• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with agreed Service Levels and KPIs.
• Actively share knowledge with colleagues, seek and apply feedback, and continuously develop skills through collaboration.

Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of university studies in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of finance work experience desirable, but entry-level candidates are also considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency and strong knowledge in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Concur is a strong plus.
• Strong soft skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has a collaborative and learning-oriented mindset while continuously demonstrating interest and care for people.
• Results driven and client centric with sense of accountability, shown through ambition, attention to detail and desire to actively contribute to business results.
