You’ll work closely with the founders, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to make sure every interview process runs quickly, smoothly, and professionally. This is a high-ownership role for someone extremely organized, detail-oriented, and excited to help scale a world-class talent function from the ground up.\nResponsibilities\nOwn interview scheduling and coordination across the talent team.\n\nCoordinate candidate logistics across recruiter screens, technical interviews, onsite interviews, final rounds, and offer processes.\n\nManage communication with candidates throughout the interview process.\n\nPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interviews are scheduled quickly and accurately.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruiting systems.\n\nTrack candidate progress, feedback status, interviewer availability, and process bottlenecks.\n\nEnsure every candidate has a high-touch, professional, and responsive experience.\n\nHelp improve recruiting workflows, templates, systems, and internal coordination processes.\n\nSupport the talent team with ad hoc projects as AfterQuery scales.\n\nHelp prepare interviewers with the right context, scorecards, resumes, and scheduling details.\n\nSupport recruiting operations, including:\nCalendar management\n\nInterview loop setup\n\nCandidate follow-ups\n\nOffer process coordination\n\nRecruiting reports\n\nProcess documentation\n\nRequired Qualifications\n1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, executive assistance, operations, or another highly organized coordination-heavy role.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage many moving pieces at once without dropping details.\n\nComfort working with calendars, scheduling, spreadsheets, ATS systems, and recruiting tools.\n\nHigh responsiveness and strong follow-through.\n\nStrong judgment when communicating with candidates, interviewers, and internal teams.\n\nAbility to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.\n\nExcitement to help build processes from scratch.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience coordinating technical recruiting processes.\n\nExperience at a high-growth startup, AI company, tech company, or recruiting agency.\n\nFamiliarity with technical interview loops and hiring workflows.\n\nExperience using tools like Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Calendar, Notion, Linear, or similar systems.\n\nStrong candidate experience instincts.\n\nComfort working directly with founders, executives, recruiters, and hiring managers.\n\nExperience improving scheduling systems, recruiting templates, or internal process documentation.\n\nCompany Benefits (For Eligible Employees):\nHealth Insurance: Medical, Vision, Dental\n\n401(k) with Employer Match\n\nDaily Meals: Daily UberEats Stipend\n\nMonthly Wellness Stipend\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
