We're seeking a creative individual with strong writing skills and the ability to produce content that resonates with our audience of professional photographers.\nWhat You Will Do:\nHelp shape the content strategy and own its execution: from planning and briefing to writing, editing, and publishing, without needing hand-holding\n\nGrow the Aftershoot blog into the go-to resource for photographers, built to rank in search and show up in AI answers\n\nCreate long-form, conversion-focused content that drives signups and trials, including MOFU/BOFU blogs, comparison and alternative pages, ebooks, guides, templates, and gated assets\n\nRun the SEO and AEO process for content: keyword and intent research, detailed briefs, internal linking, and regular refreshes of existing pages\n\nOwn distribution and repurposing for everything we publish, so each piece reaches photographers across newsletter, social, and partner channels\n\nManage freelancers and agencies, and be the final quality check on everything that goes live\n\nInterview photographers, product teams, and internal experts so the content carries real insight instead of rewriting what already ranks\n\nTrack performance (traffic, rankings, conversions, trials, and pipeline contribution), report on it regularly, and turn what you learn into action\n\nWork with design, product, SEO, and lifecycle teams to keep messaging and brand voice consistent\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n4-5 years of content marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS company (B2B or B2SMB)\n\nA portfolio that includes long-form and conversion-focused work: ebooks or gated content, MOFU/BOFU blogs, comparison pages\n\nStrong hands-on SEO skills: you've written briefs, grown organic traffic and MQLs, and can show results\n\nExperience distributing and repurposing content across channels (not only creating it)\n\nA sharp editorial eye: you can take a freelancer's draft and make it publishable, and you understand the difference between \"fine\" and \"good\"\n\nA track record of owning projects end-to-end with minimal supervision\n\nComfort with analytics and SEO tools (GA4, Search Console, PostHog, Ahrefs or Semrush, or similar)\n\nFamiliarity with photography or creator tools is a plus\n\nWhat happens after you apply?\nStep 1: If your profile aligns with our vibe and requirements for the role, our people team will reach out to you for a brief phone call.\n\nStep 2: If everything aligns, your next chat will be with one of your future team members to better understand the role and your experience.\n\nStep 3: You will then be given a task -
