You'll spend your days sourcing creators, outreaching to them, negotiating deals, briefing content, and making sure it ships. You won't be handed a finished playbook, because we're writing it now. As one of the early members of this team, you'll see what works, say what doesn't, and help shape where the budget goes, which creators earn a renewal, and how we measure results.\nMost of our creators are US-based, so you'll work across US time zones occasionally.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSource,outeach, recruit, and manage creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. (US as the primary market)\n\nMove the program from one-off sponsored posts to recurring partnerships, ambassador structures, and long-term relationships\n\nNegotiate rates, deliverables, exclusivity, and usage rights, including whitelisting so top content can be repurposed in paid media\n\nBrief creators, hold timelines, and get content over the line when it slips\n\nTrack performance and form a clear view on what's earning its keep and what isn't\n\nPartner with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, and Design so creator content feeds the wider marketing engine\n\nRun campaigns around key moments like Black Friday and major product launches\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n3+ years in influencer, creator, or partnerships marketing (agency or in-house), including 2+ years running campaigns end to end\n\nHands-on experience managing a meaningful creator budget, and the ability to walk us through what you spent and what you got back\n\nExperience working with US or international creators, and comfort across time zones\n\nExcellent spoken and written English. Much of the job is live video calls and negotiation, so you need to be clear, natural, and persuasive\n\nReal negotiation instincts: persistence and charm in equal measure. Paying a creator is the start of the relationship, not the end\n\nComfort with numbers and a point of view on whether a campaign delivered\n\nWorking knowledge of creator and affiliate tools (GRIN, CreatorIQ, Modash, Upfluence, Aspire, Impact.com, PartnerStack, or similar)\n\nA bias toward action.
