points, and motivations, particularly within creative and editing tools.\nIdentify opportunities to differentiate Aftershoot while ensuring essential functionality meets user expectations.\nPartner closely with design and engineering to define requirements, ship features, and iterate based on feedback.\nCollaborate with marketing and growth teams on launches, positioning, and go-to-market plans.\nDrive product adoption, engagement, and retention through thoughtful experimentation and iteration.\nBalance the needs of new users with those of existing customers, ensuring smooth product evolution.\nUse qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform prioritisation and decision-making.\nRequirements:\n3 to 8 years of experience in product management.\nStartup or high-growth environment experience is a plus.\nStrong user-first mindset with deep empathy for creative professionals.\nAbility to translate complex problems into clear, actionable product plans.\nComfort operating in ambiguity and making informed tradeoffs.\nStrong analytical thinking with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar.\nAbility to work with data using SQL or equivalent tools.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and leadership.\nExperience in B2C SaaS.\nFamiliarity with creative tools, editing software, or creator-focused platforms.\nEntrepreneurial experience or having built products or side
