We are currently seeking a Finishing Operator to support our growing manufacturing operations in Charlottesville, Virginia.\nThe Finishing Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You'll be responsible for visual inspections of our sterile liquid medication, along with some labeling, and packaging of products according to established procedures and cGMP regulations under the oversight of the FDA. This is an entry level role ideal for those who are recent graduates or just entering the work force. Training and support provided.\nCompensation\n$23.00 - $26.00 per hour\nPlacement within the range will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, internal equity, and demonstrated competencies.\nNon-Negotiable Requirements:\nA high school diploma or GED\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook\nAbility to pass a vision screening and Visual Inspection Qualification testing (can wear glasses/contacts)\n\nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience in GMP and FDA-regulated manufacturing environments\nAssociate degree or higher\nFamiliarity with QA principles and cGMP standards\nPrevious experience in pharmaceutical inspection or packaging\nResponsibilities Include:\nInspection, labeling and package finished products (sterile liquid medicine)\nOperate Finishing equipment\nAdhere to finishing procedures and PDA guidelines\nAccurately document data and complete any corresponding paperwork\nContribute to maintaining an FDA-compliant facility\nThe duties listed above are intended to describe the essential functions of this position.
