Responsibilities include creating and managing driver routes, processing and verifying commission-based payroll for drivers, completing required documentation, and managing check in for work cell phones, iPads, and delivery truck keys.\nAdditional duties include collaborating with multiple departments to process merchandise additions and cancellations on delivery routes. You will also coordinate with Inventory Control and Delivery Return to Stock departments to resolve any inventory discrepancies that may occur.\nJob Responsibilities & Duties\nTypical duties include but are not limited to:\nMonitor and update the Truck Manifest (TKM) and delivery Commission forms.\nIdentifying and reading reports, tickets, and labels. \nProcess add-ons, cancels, and special delivery orders.\nRequires recognizing, identifying, and using merchandise and necessary reports. \nAssist with inventorying tablets, fuel cards, truck keys, and any other items as requested.\nCreate driver routes based off forecasting, maps, weather, dollar amount, etc. \nRun delivery reports as directed by management.\nCoordinate and work effectively with multiple departments to continuously improve processes, maximize efficiency, and exceed customer service expectations.\nAbide by all company policies and procedures.\nAll other duties assigned by the Delivery Manager as directed.\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities. This position is supervised directly by theDelivery Manager and/or Delivery Manager Assistant.\nJob Requirements \nPrevious experience as a Delivery Services Coordinator or similar role preferred. \nHands on experience with STORIS and Dispatch Track preferred.\nKnowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) laws preferred.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.\nAbility to maintain a congenial calm communication style and the ability to diffuse and clarify the needs of drivers to achieve clear solutions.\nAbility to analyze, model and interpret data.\nHave strong independent follow up skills.\nExcellent organizational skill and the ability to demonstrate attention to detail, and accuracy.\nSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on AFW’s success.\nStrategic planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.\nAbility to lead team meetings and motivate others.\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\nAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.\nBasic computer skills required. Ability to regularly use computers for ordering, communication, documentation, scheduling, maintenance of organizational content on shared drives. \nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
