They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, efficiently and accurately completing sales and service transactions at the cash registers, as well as handling customer issues that may arise on the sales floor and during the check out process.\nYou will also be responsible for maintaining the store’s brand, ensuring continuous delivery of outstanding customer service.\nFull-time, hourly position in Englewood, CO\nJob Responsibilities & Duties \nTypical duties include but are not limited to:\nCommitment to AFW’s safety policies and procedures and ability to promote awareness.\n\nProvide exceptional customer service, assist at point-of-sale, and resolve customer concerns.\n\nComplete customer transactions accurately and efficiently.\n\nPartners with sales associates to provide superior customer service (i.e., assist customers, answer phones).\n\nDemonstrate ownership and pride in performance to enhance the customer experience.\n\nRent out AFW vehicles, process financing applications, and follow established operational procedures.\n\nExecute consistent selling and operational processes, including credit applications.\n\nEducate customers on the Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy.\n\nIdentify and read reports, tickets, UPC labels, and merchandise information.\n\nAssists with merchandise support tasks (i.e., maintenance, straightening merchandise).\n\nRespond to and conduct public address system announcements.\n\nAll other duties assigned by the Front Office Lead, Front Office Manager, Store/Regional/or Operations Manager as directed.\n\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities\nJob Requirements\nPrevious experience as a clerk, cashier, or similar role preferred.\n\nExperience with cash handling and safe balancing.\n\nExperience with STORIS software, and advanced familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.\n\nFlexible schedule, some evenings and weekends required.\n\nBasic reading, arithmetic, writing, and oral communication skills required.\n\nAbility to efficiently use computers, internet applications, and printing system.\n\nStrategic planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.\n\nAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\n\nAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.\n\nProfessional Appearance.\n\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma/GED preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nCompensation Package\nPay rate: Starting at $18/hour and up!
