This role is critical to shaping and executing AG1's new product innovation pipeline - from early-stage concept development through formulation, testing, and launch. Reporting directly to the VP, Innovation & Portfolio Management, you will manage the execution of end-to-end development of new products and product line extensions, partnering closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory to bring science-backed innovations to life.\nIn this role, you will own project timelines and scope for assigned initiatives within the innovation portfolio, drive stage-gate development processes, and ensure that new products meet AG1's standards for quality, efficacy, and time-to-market.
