Agape has been voted Gold - BEST Pediatric Therapy clinic in Tri-Cities for four consecutive years.\nWe are seeking aPart-Time or Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator to join our joyful and growing team.\nAbout the Role\nAt Agape, our Scheduling Coordinators play a vital role- helping children and families access the care they need! This position ensures families are welcomed, children are connected with therapy services, and provider schedules remain full.\nIn this full-time role, you would answer phones, schedule appointments, maintain our waiting area, manage provider calendars, and fill openings when schedules change.\nThis role will best be filled by someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.\nWe're Looking for Someone Who Is\nFriendly, professional, and compassionate\n\nHighly organized and detail-oriented\n\nA strong communicator\n\nCalm and solution-driven\n\nAble to multi-task\n\nA team player that wants to help children and families, be part of a positive team, and LOVE where they work!\n\nSchedule\nThis is a 40 hour/week position with the following schedule\nMonday - Thursday: 8:00 - 5:30 PM\n\nFriday: 8:00 - 12:00 PM\n\nQualifications\nPrior medical scheduling experience is required\nResponsibilities\nGreet families warmly in person and on the phone\n\nSchedule, reschedule, and confirm therapy appointments\n\nManage waitlist and coordinate openings efficiently\n\nCall and fax physician offices\n\nCommunicate with families regarding attendance, cancellations, and clinic policies\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area for families\n\nMaintain accurate and up to date patient charts\n\nWork both independently and cooperatively with members of our team\n\nCollaborate with therapy providers and other administrative staff\n\nSupport clinic culture and mission\n\nOur Mission\nLove kids, give hope, and grow brighter tomorrows.\nOur Values\nOur positive culture comes from the heart.
