This role will be based at our Calgary location. The administrative assistant provides support to our Management, Marketing, and Business Development teams along with other administrative functions.\nWhat you will be doing:\nStrive to employ AGAT’s mission statement of “Service Beyond Analysis” by providing assistance to the Management and Sales teams\nPeriodic travel bookings as required\nOrdering and invoicing and mail collection\nVendor follow-up and PO creation, sending reports and invoices\nUpdate Hubspot entries and create ad hoc reports \nPreparation of meeting and presentation materials\nRelieve Management of administrative functions such as planning and setting up for office meetings\nOther general office administrative tasks as required\nWhat you bring to the table:\nMinimum 2 year customer service and administrative experience\nConfident computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office and Excel)\nExperience with Hubspot or similar CRM's a definite asset\nExcellent communication skills with clients and members of the team, both verbal and written\nExcellent planning, organization, decision making and time management skills \nAttention to detail for routine tasks and commitment to quality standards\nAbility to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment\nExhibit patience and customer rapport building expertise\nPosition may entail exposure to confidential and sensitive information; confidentiality required\nWork Environment: This position requires a person to sit for prolonged periods of time. Manual dexterity is required to perform this position. General office environment with some exposure to laboratory environment. Compliance with established safety procedures and appropriate PPE.
