The General Manager ensures that factory activities translate into optimal capacity utilization, minimal waste, controlled costs, and reliable output that meets customer and export requirements.\nThe position requires strong operational leadership with the ability to align people, process, and performance within a structured manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide overall leadership and coordination of all plant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production activities\nAlign Production, QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Security, and People teams toward common operational goals\nEnsure strict adherence to quality standards, safety practices, and process discipline across the factory\nDrive operational efficiency through proper planning, supervision, and resource utilization\nOversee production planning to ensure optimal plant capacity utilization and minimal downtime\nEnsure effective raw material management, yield optimization, and waste reduction across processing activities\nStrengthen coordination between commercial demand and production output to prevent overproduction and stock aging\nMaintain strong oversight of maintenance practices to ensure equipment reliability and minimal production interruptions\nEnsure proper inventory control, documentation, and operational reporting across departments\nProvide structured operational reports and insights to executive management for decision-making\nFoster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement across all teams\n Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Food Technology, or related field;
