The team manages complex technical and building projects while handling daily operational tasks in close cooperation with colleagues and external service providers. You will join a team that values knowledge sharing, accountability and practical problem-solving in a dynamic GMP environment.\nThe role\nYou will be part of Building Maintenance & Energy Supply, with a particular focus on electrical installations, technical building systems and ensuring safe, reliable and compliant operations.\nYour responsibilities will include both operational and administrative tasks, and you will work closely with internal stakeholders, colleagues and external suppliers.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nEnsuring maximum uptime and reliable operation of technical building systems supporting AGC’s 24/7 research, development and production activities.\nTaking responsibility for electrical installations and ensuring they are operated and maintained in accordance with applicable legislation and requirements.\nEnsuring compliance with applicable rules, regulations, procedures and documentation within your area of responsibility.\nPlanning, coordinating and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.\nSupporting modifications, relocations and expansion projects across the site.\nParticipating in the commissioning and handover of new equipment and technical installations.\nIdentifying and implementing improvements to technical systems, maintenance routines, processes and electrical safety and quality management systems (SKS/KLS).\nPlanning and implementing smaller technical projects, including initiatives related to electrical safety, quality management and compliance.\nContributing to energy optimisation and improvements to AGC’s technical infrastructure.\nYour working day will combine hands-on technical work with coordination, compliance and documentation. You will have a broad interface across AGC Biologics and be expected to take ownership of your area of responsibility.\nExperience and competences\nWe are looking for a qualified Marine Engineer (Maskinmester), Electrical Engineer or a candidate with a similar technical background and experience operating and maintaining complex building and utility systems.\nTo succeed in the role, you have:\nAn education in Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a similar field.\nExperience with electrical installations and technical building systems in a maintenance, facility management or industrial environment.\nExperience with energy supply, facility operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and optimisation of technical installations.\nThe ability to handle both practical technical tasks and administrative responsibilities, including documentation and compliance.\nExperience working with external suppliers and contractors.\nA structured approach to planning and following up on maintenance and technical activities.\nA good understanding of applicable legislation, regulations and safety requirements relating to electrical installations.\nExperience in pharmaceutical or biotech production, manufacturing or another highly regulated 24/7 operational environment is an advantage.\nAs a person, you are\nYou are proactive, committed and passionate about delivering high-quality work.
