This role combines project management, scientific understanding, commercial awareness, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver competitive client solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the organization, influence strategic business decisions, and play a key role in helping customers bring innovative therapies to market.\nAbout our Proposal Management Team\nThe Proposal Management team is part of the Business Development organization and partners closely with stakeholders across AGC Biologics' global network. Working alongside experts in Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Project Management, etc., the team leads the development of customer-focused proposals that support new business opportunities. This role offers strong cross-functional collaboration, global exposure, and the opportunity to contribute directly to AGC Biologics' continued growth.\nYour Key Reponsibilities\nLead the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals. \nDetermine prices for company’s services and products \nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather necessary information, write, edit, and format proposal content. \nEnsure proposals meet all funding agency requirements and are submitted on time. \nCoordinate and lead proposal development meetings, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability among team members. \nServe as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding proposal activities. \nMentor associate proposal managers and provide guidance on best practices in proposal development. \nReview and refine proposals to ensure clarity, coherence, and technical accuracy. \nMaintain comprehensive records of all proposal activities, submissions, and feedback. \nTrack and report on proposal outcomes and success rates (win/loss analysis). \nPrepare regular updates and reports for senior management on proposal status and performance metrics. \nYour Leadership Skills\nIntegrates own development into daily tasks and prioritizes and acts on personal development. \nIs aware of the impact of own tasks and improve day by day. \nPerforms tasks with the customer in mind and acts in due time to secure business results, maintaining high standards of quality. \nActs as a team player, promoting and living the AGC Biologics Core Values. \nCooperates across the organization. \nExcels in area of expertise and contributes to the ongoing development of area of expertise. \nYour Experience & Qualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor or Master’s degree in Biotech, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. \nUnderstanding of drug development and have 3-5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably from a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). \nProject management capabilities to drive semi-complex proposals processes in cross functional teams with the understanding of internal/external customer’s needs and priorities. \nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \nEagerness to learn and develop new skills in proposal management. \nA good understanding of the biotechnology industry and scientific terminology. \nPreferred:\nExperience with Salesforce CRM is preferred. \nFormalities:\nCompensation: $94,000 - $129,250, based on experience\nLocation: Bothell, Washington (hybrid, three days onsite)\nSchedule: Standard hours\nWe offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include annual bonus opportunities, paid time off, medical, dental and vision coverage, parental leave, education assistance, employee referral and recognition programs, and additional wellbeing benefits.
