Develop and maintain a sound, in-depth knowledge of global and Virgin Islands legal, regulatory and policy frameworks\nand best practices in anti-money laundering, CFT and PF, including related assessments of the Virgin Islands.\n2. Provide legal advice and analysis to Government Ministries and Departments, and attend meetings to provide legal\nassistance on AML/CFT/PF matters.\n3. Serve as Counsel in the Courts, particularly concerning AML/CFT/PF matters.\n4. Prepare cases, opinions, legal communications, and documents, including managing document preparation, filing, and\nservice.\n5. Respond or collaborate on responses to domestic and international questionnaires concerning AML/CFT/PF matters.\n6. Prepare and manage outgoing requests for legal assistance and advise on incoming letters of request when required.\n7. Provide legal advice to Ministries and Departments, and attend meetings to assist in legal matters.\n8. Attend /Participate in relevant workshops and seminars and assist with presentations.\n9. Prepare for and attend any stage of domestic and international AML/CFT/PF assessments, including collaboration with\nother domestic stak eholders.\n10. Assist senior Counsel in the management of cases.\n11.
