Join our extraordinary team today!\nAs an AI & Data Science Intern, you will help build and enhance an AI-powered Sales Risk & Opportunity Intelligence platform for AGCO North America. You will work with large datasets and emerging technologies to develop machine learning models, intelligent business applications, and data-driven tools that identify sales risks, uncover revenue opportunities, and generate actionable recommendations for AGCO sales teams.\nThis internship is expected to begin in January 2027 and will be a part-time opportunity (15-20 hours per week) during the Spring semester.\nYour Impact\nSupport the development, testing, and validation of AI and machine learning models.\nDesign and build data pipelines, data structures, and analytical datasets.\nDevelop business applications and dashboards that deliver insights to end users.\nAnalyze sales, dealer, customer, and market data to support predictive modeling initiatives.\nCollaborate with commercial and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.\nAssist with application design and user experience improvements to drive adoption.\nDocument technical processes and communicate project results to stakeholders.\nExplore and implement innovative technologies that improve sales intelligence capabilities.\nYour Experience and Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nExperience working with GenAI and building RAG pipelines.\nExposure to agentic workflows.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Python, SQL, and data modeling.\nCoursework or project experience involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, or data engineering.\nExperience building applications, dashboards, APIs, or data visualization tools.\nExperience building agentic workflows preferred but not required\nKnowledge of cloud technologies, databases, and software development best practices.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nInterest in agriculture, equipment technology, and data-driven business solutions.\nYour Compensation\nThis position will pay within the range of $24-$30/hour, based on experience.\nWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
