This role requires the candidate to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand performance, identify opportunities, and drive strategic outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with business leaders to understand KPIs, performance drivers, and reporting needs.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting tools to support daily decision-making.\nConduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\nBuild predictive and descriptive models that enhance business forecasting and performance measurement.\nTranslate data findings into concise, business-friendly insights, and recommendations.\nSupport data governance efforts by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.\nCollaborate with IT and Cloud teams to enhance data pipelines and improve BI data availability.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Agriculture, or related field.
