Join us to make your contribution.\nAGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Design Engineer.\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in Structural Design, Weldments, and Casting Design using PTC Creo. The role will support product design and lifecycle management activities, with a strong focus on design accuracy, manufacturability, engineering documentation, and effective change management throughout the product development lifecycle.\nYour Impact\n3D CAD Modeling: Create and modify detailed 3D models and assemblies using PTC Creo, including structural components, weldments, and cast parts.\nStructural & Weldment Design: Design structural and fabricated components considering load requirements, weld joints, manufacturability, assembly, and product performance.\nCasting Design: Develop and modify cast components considering wall thickness, draft angles, fillets, ribs, machining allowances, and manufacturing feasibility.\n2D Drawings & GD&T: Generate accurate manufacturing drawings with appropriate GD&T, dimensions, tolerances, welding specifications, and other production requirements. \nDesign Changes & PLM: Manage design revisions and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), while maintaining CAD data, revisions, and documentation through Windchill PLM.\nYour Experience and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. \nExposure to Structural design, Weldments and Casting Design exposure.\n2-5 years of experience in mechanical design with PTC Creo.\nHands-on experience with Windchill or similar PLM tools.\nGood Communication skill required. \nYour Benefits\nGLOBAL DIVERSITY - Diversity means many things to us, different brands, cultures, nationalities, genders, generations - even variety in our roles.
