Responsibilities\nThe Developer, Backend CPQ NMis an integral part of the CPQ Team within the Agile Software Delivery Process. The developer contributes across the complete software development lifecycle, including solution design, application development, integration, quality assurance, deployment, and production support. The role requires strong collaboration with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and global development teams to deliver scalable and high-quality digital solutions.\n\nSolution Design & Requirements Engineering\nCollaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand, analyse, and refine business and technical requirements.\nParticipate in backlog refinement, effort estimation, and sprint planning activities.\nTranslate user stories and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nDefine and document application architecture, system integrations, and data flows.\nIdentify dependencies, risks, and impacts of proposed changes across integrated systems.\nContribute to technical design discussions, wireframes, and solution prototypes.\nEnsure compliance with development standards, security, and architectural guidelines.\nProvide technical consultation and recommendations for new features and enhancements.\nFull Stack Development\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end application components.\nBuild responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies and frameworks.\nDevelop secure, scalable, and high-performing REST APIs and backend services.\nImplement integrations with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.\nParticipate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.\nOptimise application performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nDevelop reusable components and promote standardisation across solutions.\nMaintain technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.\nGeneral\n\nActive participation and preparation for agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives\nResponsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams, as well as compliance with all control processes and standards\n2.
