Think of it as a combination of agriculture, mechanical troubleshooting, technology and diagnostics, travel and field support.\nYour Impact\nIdentify equipment and performance issues\nUse electronic diagnostic tools to identify fault codes\nHelp perform repairs and maintenance on harvesting equipment\nMake machine adjustments to optimize performance in different crops and field conditions\nSupport customers and harvest crews with technical solutions\nLearn how cutting-edge precision agriculture technology performs in real-world conditions\nYour Experience and Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Agricultural Sciences, Engineering, Diesel Technology, Mechanics, or a related field\nPassionate about agriculture and machinery\nStrong problem-solvers with mechanical aptitude\nComfortable communicating with customers and team members\nSelf-motivated and willing to travel full-time during the harvest season\nAbility to work in outdoor agricultural environments, stand or walk for extended periods, and safely perform duties that require bending, reaching, and manual handling of materials.\nLife on the Tech Van Team\nThe Tech Van is AGCO's mobile command center for harvest support. Equipped with specialized tools, critical service parts, the team travels north with the harvest season, providing rapid support when customers need it most. No two days are the same.
