and job change decisions align with career levels, job families, and internal equity guidelines.\n\nSupport workforce transitions, onboarding, and internal mobility in accordance with corporate and local requirements.\n\nCompensation, Benefits & HR Administration\nAdminister salary, compensation, and benefits programs locally, acting as liaison between employees, vendors, and global HR teams.\n\nEnsure accurate completion of personnel transactions and maintenance of employee records in HR information systems.\n\nCollect, analyze, and interpret internal and external market data to compare local HR practices with prevailing market conditions and inform recommendations.\n\nHR Information Systems & Data Management\nOversee the processing and maintenance of human resource information using approved, cost-effective HR systems and applications.\n\nMonitor HR information needs and partner with global or regional teams to support system enhancements or process improvements driven by changing requirements.\n\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with corporate data governance standards.\n\nEmployee Relations, Compliance & Risk Management\nManage employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and resolution of workplace issues, in alignment with company policy and US and Illinois specific labor laws.\n\nEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local labor regulations in the United States, as well as corporate governance and ethical standards.\n\nSupport affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant experience\n\n6-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience with exposure to multiple HR functional areas (e.g., recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and learning and development)\n\nWorking knowledge of applicable labor laws, regulations, and employment compliance requirements\n\nDemonstrated experience executing HR programs, processes, and personnel transactions in a complex organization\n\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to a base salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
