Join our extraordinary team today!\nThe Manager, Payroll LATAM leads a regional payroll operations team and is accountable for accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery within the assigned countries. The role manages payroll professionals and/or supervisors, sets team priorities, allocates work and adapts approved departmental plans to address operational, resource and service challenges.\nThe position applies in-depth payroll knowledge, coordinates internal and external service partners, maintains payroll controls and documentation, and provides technical guidance to employees and stakeholders. Decisions are guided by global and regional payroll policies, established procedures, service requirements, budgets and the department plan, with guidance available from the role's manager.\nYour Impact\nLead and develop the LATAM Payroll team, set objectives, managing performance, and building overall team capability.\nEnsure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery across multiple LATAM countries, in accordance with local regulations, company policies, and payroll calendars.\nManage payroll operations and vendor relationships, overseeing service providers, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, and driving issue resolution and continuous improvement.\nMaintain strong payroll controls and compliance, including reconciliations, audits, regulatory requirements, reporting, and corrective action management.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Audit to support payroll processes, implement changes, and deliver operational excellence.\nYour Experience and Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree. Relevant field: Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered where permitted.\n6-8 years of relevant payroll, HR Operations or related experience, including people-management experience.\nStrong expertise in payroll operations, controls, and compliance, with a solid understanding of related HR and Finance processes.\nProven people leadership experience, managing payroll, HR Operations, or shared services teams, including professional employees and/or supervisors.\nMulti-country payroll management experience, coordinating payroll delivery across different countries, legal entities, and operational environments.\nVendor and stakeholder management skills, including oversight of payroll providers, service levels, issue resolution, and collaboration with HR, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Audit, and HRIS teams.\nStrong analytical, systems, and communication capabilities, with experience in payroll/HRIS platforms, advanced reporting and spreadsheet tools, and professional proficiency in English.\nYour Benefits\nMedical assistance;\nFood vouchers;\nLife insurance;\nPROPAR\nOthers.\nYour Workplace\nYou will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in Hybrid model from Brazil or Argentina.\nWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
