In this role, you will formulate, coordinate, and implement all Manufacturing Engineering activities in areas of responsibility.\nYour Impact\nSupport the production floor during required activities and product launch periods where you will help with the development and documentation of new processes and procedures.\nDevelop new standard data by time study or MTM as well as develop cost estimates of manufactured components/materials ensuring completeness, accuracy, and conformance with required delivery schedules.\nLead improvement initiatives to gain efficiency in the manufacturability of current processes while communicating effectively with your AGCO colleagues.\nResource management, planning, and interfacing with other production groups including interface with our MRP system and planning group to ensure timely production.\nYour Experience and Qualifications\nCurrently enrolled in a college program pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.\nBasic understanding of manufacturing engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, floor layout, and workflow.\nWillingness to contribute in a collaborative team environment, with a proactive attitude toward learning, supporting team goals, and participating in improvement efforts.\nFamiliarity with computer-aided design (CAD) tools such as Pro/Engineer (Creo), SolidWorks, or similar software is a plus but not required.\nYour Workplace\nYou will work onsite at our Beloit, Kansas site to team up with your wonderful AGCO colleagues.\nWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
