Join our extraordinary team today!\nThe Software Engineering department at AGCO focuses on delivering high-tech, innovative solutions that enhance the intelligence, reliability, and performance of agricultural machinery, supporting farmers with advanced digital and automation capabilities.\nYour Impact:\nDesign software solutions for distributed, computing systems including realtime and high-performance processors.\n\nWork in an Agile environment with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers and testers to grasp new requirements and milestones.\n\nDesign semi-autonomous products which aide in agricultural operations.\n\nAuthoring requirements for software components.\n\nContinuously Integrate and Deploy software to test vehicles.\n\nYour Experience and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (Agricultural, Computer or Electrical) or equivalent relevant experience.\n\nA Lean-Agile mindset, History of working on diverse teams.\n\nExperience working in a collaborative software environment.\n\nGood awareness of mechatronic systems (actuators and sensors)\n\nNice to Have:\nComprehension of vehicle communication systems (CAN, Ethernet, LIN) and Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape)\n\nSystem Engineering experience, Object Oriented Programing,\n\nModel Based Design\n\nControls System Theory\n\nExperience with agricultural machinery\n\nGitHub\n\nYour Compensation:\nThis position will pay within the range of $80k - 95k, based on experience.
