It contributes by delivering scalable CRM capabilities, improving customer engagement, streamlining operations, and enabling business growth through Salesforce technology. The department works closely with Business Teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Operations teams. It receives business requirements from stakeholders (upstream) and delivers Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation solutions that support sales, service, marketing, and other business functions (downstream)\nYour Impact\nDevelop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).\nShould have sound knowledge of REST API integration\nImplement solution designs and configurations based on business requirements. Sound knowledge of Service Cloud domain \nBuild and support integration between Salesforce and other systems.\nCreate technical documentation, specifications, and test artifacts.\nFollow change management, coding standards, and best practices.
