The role directly contributes to the organization's digital transformation initiatives by delivering enterprise-grade applications, integrations, and automation capabilities that improve operational efficiency, user experience, data quality, and business outcomes.\nThis position requires advanced Salesforce development expertise combined with strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate across global teams. The individual will work closely with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.\nYour Impact\nDeliver complex Salesforce development initiatives and strategic enhancements.\nSupport global projects with cross-functional and multi-regional impact.\nReduce technical debt through modernization and adoption of Salesforce best practices.\nImprove platform scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.\nAccelerate business value delivery through Agile and DevOps methodologies.\nEnsure successful integration between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.\nYour Experience and Qualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience\nDemonstrated experience delivering custom Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments. \nProven expertise in Apex development and Lightning Web Components. \nExperience working in Agile development teams\nAdvanced/Proficient in English communication skills are required.
