Join our extraordinary team today!\nThe Senior Manager, Planter Modules Systems is responsible for leading engineering teams delivering planter modules systems within Crop Care platforms. This role is accountable for technical strategy, execution, and performance across application-related subsystems and planter modules, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, quality standards, and business objectives.\nThe position provides leadership across multiple teams and disciplines, with responsibility for a broad technical portfolio and cross-functional delivery.\nYour responsibilities\nDefine and execute the engineering strategy for planter modules systems, including: frame, commodities and row unit, aligned with Crop Care product roadmaps and business priorities.\nDrive innovation within planter systems, including integration of new technologies and product enhancements.\nOversee large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs with significant technical complexity and budget responsibility. Ensure effective planning, resource allocation, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects.\nLead managers and senior technical professionals across application engineering disciplines.\nCollaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Service, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure integrated product delivery\nManage engineering budgets, resources, and long-term workforce planning\nYour Qualifications and Experiences\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related); advanced degree preferred\nSignificant experience in engineering leadership within product or systems development\nDemonstrated experience leading complex engineering programs and cross-functional teams\nStrong understanding of systems integration, module design, and product lifecycle management\nProven ability to influence technical strategy and organizational direction\nPreferably knowledge in developing projects focused on agricultural machinery\nYour Workplace\nThis job position is based in Ibirubá.
