Your work will empower data scientists and engineers to experiment faster, deploy more reliably, and deliver AI solutions that transform agriculture.\nYou will operate at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and AI engineering, helping turn AI from a collection of projects into a repeatable, enterprise-grade capability.\nYour Impact\nEnable containerized training, distributed computing, experiment tracking, artifact management, and model deployment.\nSupport reliable, reproducible AI workflows across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.\nCreate reusable templates, pipelines, environments, and documentation that accelerate AI delivery.\nImplement and maintain CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and observability for production AI systems.\nPartner with AI, data, security, and architecture teams to deliver platform capabilities, drive operational excellence, and shape the AI platform roadmap.\nYour Experience & Qualifications\nMust-Have\n8+ years of experience in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering, including 3+ years supporting data or AI-intensive systems.\nStrong experience designing and operating systems on GCP or AWS (GCP preferred).\nStrong programming skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript, with experience building reliable, production-grade services.\nDeep understanding of containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar).\nExperience designing secure, observable, and resilient distributed systems.\nHands-on experience with data and ML workflows (e.g., Spark, Airflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, or similar).\nStrong grasp of CI/CD, Git-based workflows, monitoring/logging, and operational best practices.\nNice-to-Have\nExperience building or operating an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) or platform-as-a-product.\nFamiliarity with MLOps practices, including model lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining workflows.\nExperience with hybrid or edge-to-cloud architectures.\nKnowledge of IAM, policy-as-code, and enterprise security patterns.\nOpen-source contributions or cross-organizational technical leadership.\nYour Benefits\nMedical and dental assistance;\nPrivate pension;\nMeal vouchers;\nLife insurance;\nPROPAR\nOthers.\nWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
