Demonstrated expertise in leading technical teams, managing high-complexity validation programs, and driving continuous improvement in laboratory operations. Proven ability to collaborate with design, CAE, and product development teams to accelerate product validation and deliver industry-leading reliability and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership presence with a track record of improving test capabilities, optimizing resources, and mentoring technical staff.\nLead initiatives to improve lab efficiency, automation, accuracy and equipment utilization. Introduce new technologies, sensors, data acquisition tools, and testing methodologies to strengthen validation capability. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, calibration guidelines, and audit requirements. Maintain accurate test records, track project statuses, and ensure transparent communication between stakeholders\nYour Impact\nResponsible for daily Test operations, guiding team members and ensuring that work is completed accurately, safely and on schedule.\nAssign tasks, monitoring performance, and providing technical direction to support high quality outcomes.\nResponsible for communication with management and cross functional teams, resolves operational or technical issues quickly and ensures compliance with organizational standards and procedures.\nSupport employee development through coaching, performance feedback and skill-building opportunities while fostering a disciplined, collaborative and productive work environment. Responsible for process improvements, maintains essential documentation and ensures that resources and equipment are effectively managed to meet project and organizational goals\nResponsible for providing Hydraulic systems validation and fatigue expertise to team to ensure program objectives are accomplished according to established schedules and budgets.
