Joining Sparex means becoming part of a practical, collaborative environment where your contribution helps support the agricultural industry every day.\nYour Impact\nAs a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play an important role in keeping our day-to-day warehouse operations running safely and efficiently.\nIn this role, you will:\nPick and pack spare parts accurately for dispatch.\nReceive incoming goods and check them for quality and condition.\nPut stock away accurately in the correct warehouse locations.\nLoad and unload trucks and containers safely.\nOperate reach and counterbalance forklifts in line with workplace safety requirements.\nUse RF scanning and warehouse systems to support accurate stock movement.\nMaintain clean, organised and hazard-free warehouse and outdoor areas.\nComplete required equipment safety checks and report any damage or repairs needed.\nFollow company procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.\nWhat success looks like\nYou’ll help keep our warehouse running safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on picking, put-away and transaction accuracy, while supporting the smooth completion of daily warehouse activities.\nWhat you’ll bring\nWe’re looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious and takes pride in doing a job well.
