Ensures network configuration baselines, engineering changes, and supporting documentation remain accurate, controlled, and compliant with Government requirements.\nResponsibilities Include:\nDevelop, implement, and maintain configuration management processes and procedures for enterprise network systems.\nMaintain configuration baselines for network hardware, software, systems, and associated documentation.\nReview, coordinate, and track Engineering Change Requests, Change Proposals, and Deviation Waivers.\nFacilitate Configuration Control Working Group activities and support Configuration Control Board reviews.\nCoordinate approvals and implementation tracking for network configuration changes.\nMaintain configuration records, engineering drawings, technical documentation, and system baselines.\nConduct configuration audits following approved changes, equipment replacements, and break-fix activities.\nReview and validate network drawings, including approximately 500 design drawings annually.\nManage technical documentation repositories containing more than 1,000 configuration artifacts.\nUtilize ServiceNow to track changes, coordinate approvals, and identify impacts from enterprise initiatives.\nMonitor scheduled network outages and verify that implemented changes correspond to approved requests.\nDevelop and update network diagrams, configuration records, and supporting engineering documentation with support and coordination from network engineers.\nCoordinate with network engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and Government stakeholders to maintain configuration integrity.\nSupport circuit management and configuration documentation associated with DISA telecommunications services.\nPrepare configuration management status reports, briefings, and audit documentation.\nEnsure configuration management processes align with applicable DoD and DLA policies and standards.\nManage agency circuits and perform circuit ordering and order confirmation tasks in coordination with DISA/DITCO and using DISA Storefront and circuit cost reports.\nProvide reporting and analysis of circuit costs, seeking to minimize cost to the agency.\n Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:\nExperience:\nFive years of relevant configuration management experience and experience managing DoD/DoW network circuits.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma.\nCitizenship and Clearance:\nUS Citizenship is required.\nDoD Secret clearance with Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation.\nCertification:\nRelevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.\nLocation: \nWork will be primarily performed from a contractor-owned facility near Fort Belvoir, VA and customer locations. Candidates may work onsite/reside within commuting distance of one of the following:\nFort Belvoir, VA (highly preferred)\nBattle Creek, MI\nColumbus, OH\nDayton, OH\nNew Cumberland, PA\nOgden, UT\nPhiladelphia, PA\nRichmond, VA\nAnniston, AL\nSan Diego, CA\nFort Bragg, NC\nRobins AFB, GA\nTobyhanna, PA.\n Work Environment and Physical Demand:\nMust be able to work for extended hours at a computer in an office environment.\nThe projected salary range for this position is $75,000+ annually.
